Parking at tennis courts is available at Penn Park parking lot for $13/day. Lyft/Uber are available and are only a short ride from the hotel.

DRAW SIZES: INDICATIVE for 2023 
Divisions will be offered if at least 8 entries are received. Split divisions will be allowed but the two divisions must be contiguous. 

DIVISION GUIDELINES IMPORTANT!

Please see the chart below for description of divisions. It is the sole responsibility of each individual player to enter the division most appropriate for his or her ability. Rule of thumb: when in doubt about which division is most appropriate for you, enter the higher division, not the lower one. The tournament committee reserves the right to move participants to a higher division should player history and additional criteria warrant it. Once play has begun, players observed playing in a division too low for his or her ability WILL BE DISQUALIFIED at the sole discretion of the tournament committee. 

Open: Highly advanced tournament players, NTRP rating of 5.0 and above 
A: Advanced tournament player, NTRP 4.5 
B: High intermediate player, NTRP 3.5-4.0 
C: Low intermediate player, NTRP 3.0 
D: Beginner, NTRP 2.5 or below 

SCHEDULE: TBD
Match Play will begin at Aug 18. All finals will be played on Aug 20. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

CONSOLATION PLAY: INDICATIVE 
Consolation play will be offered to players who lose their first singles match. Play will begin on Sunday-format will be 8 game pro-sets (first to 8 games wins), no-ad scoring, with 12 point tiebreakers at 7 games all. Consolation finals will be best two out of three set matches, regular scoring. 

In lieu of bad weather, format will change to 10 game pro-set.

We accept online registration with payment through Paypal. 
If paying by check please contact the board at the above email address. 
Payment must be received within 10 days of entry to secure your spot.

ENTRY NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION: 
Notification emails will be sent to all players and will include information regarding divisions entered, housing and draw party. Late entrants should contact the registration coordinator by email to confirm that their entries have been received and accepted. 

WAITING LIST:
A waiting list will be maintained if more entries are received than can be accommodated in the draw. Once the draws are full, if entrants withdraw prior to the draw being made, players from the waiting list will be added. Once the draw is made, players from the waiting list will be notified as space becomes available. PLEASE NOTE: no players who would have been seeded can be substituted after the draw has been made. 

REFUNDS:
Full refunds will be given to players who withdraw before the draw is made. No refunds will be issued after that time. All checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be considered nonpayment of the entry fee and will result in additional charges of $25.00. A place in the draw will not be held for any entry without proper payment, but players may re-enter at the time payment is made if space is available.
