See a couple notes below, in terms of getting to Vijay's.

For ride share: ask the Uber to drop off at 5th and Reno St, Walk down Reno street towards Lawrence Street and turn on Orkney St.

Parking: the streets with no zone parking are 5th street and Brown street.
