Founded in 2008, the Philadelphia Liberty Tennis Association (PLTA) aims to promote tennis within the LGBTQ+ community and its allies throughout Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to fostering camaraderie and community spirit through a variety of tennis events and social functions.

We are run by a dedicated team of volunteers, including our board of directors and other PLTA members who contribute their time to various committees. Our organization is proudly affiliated with the Gay & Lesbian Tennis Alliance (GLTA) and the United States Tennis Association (USTA) as an official Community Tennis Association.
